10/21/05 > Midnight - 2am | A major routing problem at Level3 caused intermittent web page and email availability. Service was restored at Level3 shortly after 2am. |

| The email server we use was brought offline for a complete backup procedure. The system was backed up properly and service resumed normally.

9/11 & 9/12/05 > Various times
| The primary server experienced heavy load from an automated script on another person's server. This load caused slow page delivery and in some cases "Server too busy" message. The other system was shut down and performance improved.

9/2/05 > 1:00pm | System was brought offline for 10 minutes for emergency hardware maintenance to replace memory module and motherboard. |
9/1/05 > 11:00pm-Midnight | Primary server having memory module problem. Replacements on order. |
6/15/05 > 12:30am | Standard Microsoft Windows Server patches installed and services restarted. Less than 10 minutes planned downtime. |
6/13/05 > 3am - 11am | Our primary hosting server was defaced by a hacker group. Services were restored by 11am and the application they exploited to gain entry was patched. |
6/7/05 > Late Afternoon 5-10 minutes downtime | The upstream provider we use for internet access will be modifying their connection. During this 5-10 minute window sites & email may be inoperable. |
5/23/05 > 10am to 1pm PST | System experienced excessive load to ODBC connections, some web sites were unresponsive during this time. Server was restarted. |
5/10/05 > 12 midnight | Standard Microsoft Windows Server patches installed and services restarted. Less than 10 minutes planned downtime. |

2nd Tuesday Each Month 12 midnight or later | On the second Tuesday of each month Microsoft releases critical security patches that must be installed for the safety of our customer data. Expect that night the server may restarted after patches are applied. |
