Development & Service Billing JDF Unlimited bills for projects and services in a variety of ways. Most commonly, an estimate is prepared and down payment is given before any development begins. On projects under $600 in value, the entire amount is due upon contract signing. Web Hosting Billing JDF Unlimited bills for web hosting in either 3 or 6 month increments. You can find our which months are being billed below the line item on the invoice you receive. We also bill for web hosting services in advance, so you could expect to receive your July-December bill in late June. On larger hosting account contracts we may bill in 3 month increments. If you have a special need please inform us of it prior to setting up this account. Late Payments & Fees JDF Unlimited is not in the business of financing accounts for our web development or services, therefore we respectfully ask for payment at or before the time services are rendered. Bills that are 30 days past due are given a $3 late fee or 2% late charge, whichever is greater. Please help us keep our costs down by paying on time. The fees shown here may be different than those specified in your contract. During the term your contract is valid (usually 6 months), those fees will apply. After that term, the fees shown here apply. We never want to loose your business due to financial circumstances. Please contact us if you have any special needs before we begin work and we can make arrangements. There is a $40.00 returned check charge.
